Here are the pictures that show a basement remodel we completed in Bloomington, MN. The original basement had some mold issues and was very dark and dingy. Once Roof Time was done, it was a clean and beautiful living space. We also added an egress window to the basement bedroom to add some more light and to make it another legal bedroom living space. The original staircase to the basement was moved and replaced entirely to create more livable space to the main level. This project turned out beautifully!

Here is a before and after picture of a kitchen we helped re-design. As you can see, we removed and replaced the wall with an island that leads into the living room. By removing the wall, it opened up the entire main level and made it feel so much bigger. We also removed and replaced the cabinetry, flooring, appliances, countertops and lighting. This started as an insurance claim project that needed additional work as requested by homeowner. This included roof replacement, siding replacement, and gutter replacement. We also removed and replaced insulation in attic and added bathroom exhaust fan through their roof. Remove and Replace Brick and Chimney Flashing to roof line.

We also helped the homeowner choose a custom grade vanity with a quartz engineered stone. The hardware chosen was oil rubbed bronze. The flooring installed is ceramic tile.

In this before & after set, we show you a complete siding replacement. This homeowner was experiencing moisture damage throughout the entire home due to improper stucco installation. Upon our inspection and considering the severity of the damage, we recommended the homeowner remove the stucco. We completely removed all of the stucco and replaced with a high grade James Hardie Fiber Cement Aluminum Siding. We also added some beautiful stone to add to the home’s curb appeal. The homeowners were happy to know that no further moisture/water damage was going to occur in the future! They also love their remodeled home!

We also completely removed all of the stucco exterior covering with a high quality James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding. This was an incredible project that the homeowner’s were extremely satisfied with the quality of our work.
This homeowner was in in the process of selling her home when an inspector flagged her roof for the potential buyers. The roof was flagged due to out-dated shingles and noted that they were not properly installed. Roof Time, Inc. was able to replace the entire roof within one day so the homeowner could sell. Here is a detached garage roof replacement Roof Time, Inc. completed in Prior Lake. This homeowner had recently purchased his home and realized the garage roof had some damage lingering underneath. We removed the shingles and replaced all of the rotted plywood. This roof is in top notch shape once more!

This homeowner had some wind/storm damage that caused an insurance claim resulting in a full roof replacement. Many shingles had become missing and loose during the storm.
