In this set of before and after photos, we showcase a completed roof replacement. This was an aged roof that was in need of being replaced sooner than later. The shingles were replaced with GAF Timberline Natural Shadow Barkwood color. There were also a 3 roof skylights that we replaced as well. This customer was completely satified with our quality materials and service we provided.
In this before & after set, we showcase to you a completed bonus room dormer addition suspended trex deck with cable railing. New aluminum siding and new architectural shingles. This project was originally started as a storm damage insurance claim. Through the process, Mitch worked closely with the homeowners to coincide the bonus room addition along with the insurance claim. This ultimately saved the homeowners a lot of money. This project turned out beautifully and our clients were extremely satisfied with Roof Time’s quality, service and the short amount of time for completion.
This started as an insurance claim project that needed additional work as requested by homeowner. This included roof replacement, siding replacement, and gutter replacement. We also removed and replaced insulation in attic and added bathroom exhaust fan through their roof. Remove and Replace Brick and Chimney Flashing to roof line.
In this before & after set, we showcase to you a complete kitchen countertop and sink replacement. The countertop was replaced with beautiful granite and a under mount stainless steel sink. Oil rubbed bronze faucet.
